Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our store. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges of items that are damaged or do not match the description provided.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at maxwell@macksie.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used or damaged by the customer.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in the same condition as when it was shipped. If the item is found to be in good condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping or handling fees. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
